Return a Product
Product Return Request

All Aboard Toys accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. A refund of the original purchase price of the item will be issued using the original form of payment used for items returned in new, unused condition. Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective.

 

Please include a copy of your packing slip with the items you are returning. Be sure to include your name, address, and order number with any return and ship to:

Exchanges
All Aboard Toys does not offer direct product exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process above for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.

Misship or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please Contact Us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Note: Any defective or damaged DVDs, CDs, and Video Games (console and PC based) will be replaced by the same title only.

Refusal of Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to All Aboard Toys.
